<p>Steven co-founded Civic-Shield to bring real-world expertise to organizations facing today’s evolving security threats. With over 15 years in public safety, law enforcement, and corporate security—including roles as a homicide detective, tactical operator, and senior government security official—he has led complex, high-pressure security operations at every level.</p>
<p>Transitioning into the private sector, Steven served as Senior Manager of Security Operations for a global hospitality technology firm, where he built and managed multi-site security programs across North America and Mexico. He also supported physical security and federal compliance (CMMC, NIST 800-171) at nationwide defense manufacturing facilities for a Fortune 500 company.</p>
<p>At Civic-Shield, Steven combines investigative expertise, tactical leadership, and enterprise security strategy to help businesses, schools, government entities, and critical infrastructure operators strengthen readiness and resilience.</p>
